The need to deal with the Constraint. The positive aspects of this Rune represent the limitations that we impose on ourselves. Its negative side attracts the limitations of those around us. Both are equally difficult to handle. Identify our shadow, our dark and repressed side. Don't take this world personally. There is work to be done on yourself, so take it on with good will and show perseverance.
